4 week programme for mothers in the early years postpartum who are looking to regain their energy, support their breastmilk supply and start feeling like the mother they’d love to be
A 4-week guided programme for pregnant mothers who want a different postpartum experience this time around.
If your first postpartum left you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, depleted or unsupported, you’re not alone.
Many mothers spend months preparing for birth, yet very few are taught how to prepare for what happens afterwards.
The meals. What foods will help replenish your body, support your recovery and provide the nourishment needed for motherhood?
The recovery. Your body has been through pregnancy, birth and is now producing breastmilk. Do you know what it needs to heal and thrive?
The breastfeeding journey. How can you prepare before baby arrives, so you’re not trying to figure it all out while exhausted and overwhelmed?
The support you’ll need. Who will care for you while you’re caring for your baby?
The nourishment your body deserves. Because postpartum isn’t only about food. It’s also about rest, supporting your nervous system, connection and communication.
This programme will help you prepare before baby arrives, so you can approach postpartum feeling more confident, supported and nourished.
This method is for you if:
🦋 You’re pregnant with your second baby (or more) and want a different experience this time around.
🦋 You remember what it felt like to run on empty while caring for your baby.
🦋 You’d love to feel more confident and prepared for breastfeeding before baby arrives.
🦋 You want practical guidance around nourishing your body for recovery, energy and milk production.
🦋 You know support matters and you’re ready to prepare before you’re exhausted and overwhelmed.
Many mothers experience exhaustion, depletion, mood changes, breastfeeding challenges and overwhelm after birth.
Not because they’re not coping. But because they were never shown how to prepare for the enormous physical and emotional demands of postpartum.
With my first baby, I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
With my second, I was more aware. But I still didn’t fully understand the impact postpartum could have on a mother’s body and wellbeing.
I knew what it felt like to run on empty.
I knew what it felt like to put everyone else’s needs before my own.
But I didn’t realise how much of that could be prevented with the right nourishment, support and preparation.
In fact, it wasn’t until my youngest child – my fifith – was nine years old that everything finally started to make sense.
All the things I had put up with for years.
My thinning hair.
The low energy.
The depletion.
Recurring mastitis when breastfeeding.
The digestive issues. (Particularly daily reflux).
The anxiety and low moods.
For years, I had accepted many of these things as part of motherhood.
Yet, I knew something wasn’t right.
But the more I learned about postpartum recovery, nourishment, breastfeeding and the incredible demands placed on a mother’s body, the more I realised something important:
Mothers aren’t failing. They’re depleted and unsupported. And too often, they’re expected to keep giving when their own cup is empty.
And many simply haven’t been given the information, nourishment and a helping hand they needed in the first place.
That’s when my passion for supporting mothers truly began.
Imagine transitioning into postpartum knowing:
🍃 What foods best support healing and recovery.
🍃 How to nourish yourself while nourishing your baby.
🍃 How to support your energy, hormones and nervous system.
🍃 How to prepare practical meals before birth.
🍃 What support you’ll need and how to ask for it.
🍃 How to create a calmer, more confident breastfeeding journey.
Because when a mother is replenished, she has greater capacity to care for herself, her baby and her family.
Today, I help mothers prepare for postpartum before baby arrives.
Because I don’t want women feeling like they failed at breastfeeding, and didn’t enjoy the early years because they were too exhausted, depleted or disconnected from themselves.
I want mothers to understand what their body needs, how to nourish themselves well, and how to establish a gentle, intuitive breastfeeding journey and a plan that allows them to recover well, and thrive with their family.
That’s why I created Replenished Mother, Thriving Baby.

Why preparation matters:
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s not about creating the perfect postpartum.
It’s about preparing intentionally.
It’s about understanding what your body needs, and trusting your intuitive instincts.
It’s about feeling supported instead of overwhelmed.
It’s about giving yourself the same care and attention you so freely give to everyone else.
Because postpartum shouldn’t be something you simply survive.

What some mothers have said:
“Being my fourth baby I wanted to be prepared and organised this time. I’ve struggled with my energy levels each postpartum especially with having toddlers to look after but this time it was totally different. Following the meal plan made me feel energised again and I was able to bounce back much faster than usual. I also have a less fussy and more content baby. Knowing what foods to eat and what not to eat made my recovery and transition into motherhood again much easier. It’s something I plan to stick to long after my postpartum, nourishing my body with rich warming foods.” K.D. Montville
“I’m so grateful for the incredible support I received from Tara during my breastfeeding journey. From the moment we connected, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Her knowledge on breastfeeding and postpartum nutrition is extensive—but what stood out even more was her warmth and emotional support. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!” A.L. – Maleny
“Tara is an absolute godsend and I only wish we had met years ago!
Not only is Tara so incredibly supportive.. at a time when a new mama needs it the most, she helped guide me, offer alternatives if something didn’t suit and most importantly, she did it without judgement. An added bonus is that I thoroughly enjoy the recipes and they are so easy, nourishing and delicious! I will continue using these new methods and recipes moving forward, I am so grateful to you Tara!” AY – Brisbane
