Hi, I’m Tara and I provide you with essential nutrition and support as you navigate the early years of motherhood. 

Motherhood can be tough.

Feeling exhausted, like everything is on you, and hormones are all over the place. And you’re hungry and don’t know what to eat.

 
The right place is here. Don’t feel confused about what to eat for your (and baby’s) nourishment any more. I’ll take your hand and guide you through this.
 
I know what being a tired, hungry, emotional and exhausted mama feels like. I’ve been there. 5 times.
 
You want to do your best for your family. Not knowing where to start, or who can help you feels confusing and frustrating.
 
You want to enjoy motherhood with confidence, energy and health. And if you’re breastfeeding, you wish you can do it without wincing.
 
You don’t have to keep skipping meals, snacking on whatever’s in the pantry. 
 
You don’t have to worry if your baby is getting the best from your breastmilk.  Or if you’re nipples are going to drop off.
 
Nor do you need to put up with, what most say is ‘normal’ – exhaustion, hormonal imbalance and reflux.  (Hint:  it’s NOT normal.  Common, yes.  Normal, no).
 
The right nutrition helps you recover from 9 months of growing a tiny human.  And giving birth.  Also navigating the early months with a new born.
 
You’re healing on the inside, leaking on the outside and have hormones going in all directions.  Nutrient dense foods support you in all this. 
 
Yet, most mothers don’t know how much our body changes immediately after birth.  Not eating the right foods (that are easy to digest), can have a big effect on your health and well being.  There are things you aren’t told, and it’s not your fault.
 
This isn’t ordinary postpartum care that I offer. 
 
I guide you with an eating plan designed for a postpartum body.  I guide you back to wellness. 
Even if you’re several months or years postpartum.  Even if you feel depleted, have depression or anxiety, and have done for ages.  We start with healing through foods and support, so you’re able to take the next step.
 
I also teach you how to avoid burn out.  Imagine feeling like you have the energy, confidence and clarity to be the mama you desire to be.
 
Have the energy to enjoy your family.  Be the mama you pictured being before conceiving.  You deserve to eat nutritiously and feel supported.

6 WEEK PROGRAMME

Noticing your energy feels zapped, and you’re feeling up and down?  Are you struggling to fall asleep despite your exhaustion?  And sooo hungry, but not eating as well as you want to?

 This nutrient rich eating plan, along with education and coaching support is specifically for you, mama.   It helps you:

* Sustain a healthy milk supply if you are still breastfeeding, so that your baby is always getting enough of the best


* Get better sleep so that you FINALLY feel more rested and ready for the crazy day ahead


* Eliminate the guilt and overwhelm of having to deal with what to eat, what to cook, and how to plan all of that with kids


* Support a healthy weight as you eat foods that your body is BEGGING for without starving, counting calories, or going on an unnecessary diet
