No matter how far into your postpartum, if you’re overwhelmed, depleted, not sleeping or eating well then it’s time to get some help.
These 4 sessions are what you want so we can address these troubles and have solutions in place. Imagine for a moment, you’ve got someone listening to you, finding out what your needs are, and helping you put things in place to start having those needs met.

4 x sessions booked also includes sms/message support for the duration of the bookings. Either 2 sessions a week over 2 weeks or 1 session a week over 4 weeks
