How To Connect With Your Partner, Now You’re Busy Parents
As a mum, one thing that is important is maintaining a loving and healthy relationship with your partner, if you have one.
If you haven’t had good open and honest communication before children, you might find it a bit more challenging with a baby/ children in the mix.
In fact, sadly, statistics show a high separation rate within first 12 months of having a baby.
It’s never too late to start to improve your communication with your lover.
A lot of people have asked myself and my husband what our “secret” is to being together for almost 29 years and having 5 children. The 5 love languages was something we learned about 20 + years ago, and while it’s not the only thing that has kept our relationship going strong all these years, it’s certainly been a part of it.
Do you know your each others love language? Do you know what the Love Languages are? Watch/listen to this weeks video while you put your feet up and give yourself some quality time :)
Have you downloaded the free Nourishing Recipes booklet yet? Maybe your partner can make a snack or breakfast for you if you happen to be an Acts of Service kinda gal.
Many Blessings
